- No penalty will be incurred if cancellation is received by the hotel up to 45 days prior to each arrival.

- No penalty will be incurred if cancellation is received by the hotel up to 30 days prior to each arrival
- A 2-night penalty will be charged for cancellation/ no show received within 30days prior to each arrival.
Low season (01 May. -31 Oct.)
- No penalty will be incurred if cancellation is received by the hotel up to 72 hours prior to each arrival
- A night penalty will be charged for cancellation/ no show received within 72 hours prior to each arrival.
